Meet sweet Amos! He is an older boy, 18 years old! He came to us from a women in Georgia. He was her moms cat but sadly her mom had just moved into assisted living and the daughter just couldn't take care of him. She reached out to us and explained the situation, sent pictures, and asked if we could help. From the pictures we knew he had some health issues and took him in. 
When he got here we quickly realized his issues were worse than we thought and got him into the vet. We did bloodwork which came out beautiful and got him on some antibiotics and eye drops. after 2 weeks his eyes started to clear up but never got fully better, so he was put on one more round of antibiotics. We recently noticed some weight loss which concerned us and the vet so we repeated bloodwork and got some x-rays done, both had concerning results. He now has some calcification in his stomach and the vet is worried it is cancer. He had an ultra sound and we found that he has a very angry pancreas probably from chronic pancreatitis in his past, he is now on medications to help calm everything down and keep him comfortable.
