Hey everyone, meet Scrappy!

We were contacted by a very nice women who’s boyfriend found him at work at a scrap yard in Lumberton. She told us his story and asked if we could take him, of course we said yes.

She wanted to keep him but just didn’t have the financial means to and already had her hands full with her own animals.

He is skinny, and his eyes are infected. We don’t believe he can see. He is a whopping 2.12 pounds!

He has gone to the vet and gotten fully vaccinated, and they also confirmed our suspicion he is already neutered! The vets also gave us a referral to the specialist in regard to his eyes. His eyes were too small, so his eyelids were rolling into his eyes, causing constant irritation and secondary infection. He has received a cryo-surgery to remove the hair around his eyes to prevent the irritation. It has cleared his eyes up 100%
